Know before you go:
- The minimum age to participate is 12 years old. Please note that children should be comfortable eating adult meals, as there is no kids' menu and no modifications will be made for picky eaters or those with limited palates. The menu is chef-curated and may include unfamiliar or adventurous dishes.
- Children's pricing does not apply.

- In the event that no alternative date is suitable, you will receive a full refund to your card

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
